Ordering

Search for a product → add it to your cart → pay. (This site currently supports the cart step; payment is arranged through customer service.)

Shipping

  • Method: Parcel delivery / nationwide
  • Delivery time: 1–2 days after payment (orders paid before 18:00 on weekdays ship the same day)
  • Shipping fee: Free shipping on Dr. NMN300 and Dr. Phosphatidylserine Ginkgo / Morning Booster KRW 3,000 (free on orders over KRW 20,000)
  • Mountain and island areas: additional KRW 4,000

Exchanges & Returns

You may withdraw your order within 7 days from the day you receive the written document confirming the contract terms (or, where supply is later, within 7 days from the day supply begins). Where the goods differ from their labeling or advertising, or where the contract was performed differently from its terms, you may withdraw your order within 3 months from the date of supply and within 30 days from the day you became aware, or could have become aware, of that fact.

When exchanges and returns are restricted

  • The goods are lost or damaged for a reason attributable to the user (excluding damage to packaging opened to inspect the contents)
  • The value of the goods has decreased significantly through use or partial consumption by the user
  • The value has decreased significantly over time, to the point that resale is difficult
  • Food products that have been opened or consumed

Return shipping for an exchange or return due to a change of mind is at the expense of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of confirming the returned goods. Depending on the payment method this may take the form of a card authorization cancellation, and the credit may appear the following month depending on the card issuer.

Reward Points

  • Earning: 3% of each purchase (subject to change by policy)
  • Use: points become available a set period after delivery is completed, subject to a minimum spend requirement
  • Expiry: points are cancelled together with an order cancellation or refund, and may expire after a set period without accrual
